About A&R
We’re approved by the Department of Transportation in New York and New Jersey, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the Department of Environmental Protection. Our products, which are all put through rigorous in-house quality control, have been used on some of the largest projects in the area, including the development of the Freedom Tower in New York City and Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York.
Company history
In 2013, A&R Concrete Products was purchased by Callahan and Nannini Quarry, Inc., a supplier of ours for nearly thirty years. A&R Concrete and Callahan and Nannini Quarry both began as small, family-run organizations, starting with a single piece of equipment and a lot of hard work.
We continue to maintain the ideals that Anthony based his beginnings on: customers deserve a high-quality product.

Jay
President
As the owner of A&R Jay wears many hats. You can find him on sales calls ,in the field, loading trailers, helping with quotes – he does it all. You can try and call him but you would be better off explaining what you need to whoever answers the office phone because he is a busy man!! If all this were not enough, Jay is the father to 3 very active boys. When he does have time, Jay very much enjoys Fly-Fishing. Jay is a graduate of UMASS at Amherst.
Randee
Sales Manager
Randee joined A&R in 2019 after many years at Woodard’s Concrete. When he is not at work, he enjoys dirt bike riding and spending time with his family, Randee is a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill. Randee brings a wealth of knowledge about the industry as well as some new product lines to A&R. Call him today for your next quote or product information.
Michelle
Office Manager
Michelle joined the A&R team after the sale of the company in 2013. She brings years of management experience to the group. Give Michelle a call for any and all of your concerns or if you are just looking to get scheduling info. If you have a question, she will get you an answer. Michelle holds a M.S. in Business Management from SUNY Utica.
Leah
Project Coordinator
Leah joins A&R Concrete with 15 years of drafting and design experience. She is a graduate of SUNY Purchase and I.I.T. Tech. Leah is highly organized and ready to tackle any project.
Luis
Estimator / Product Drawing
Luis is eager to learn and is a driven employee looking to learn all there is to know about the Pre-Cast industry. Luis holds an associate degree from SUNY OCCC. Currently, Luis is tackling estimating and is just beginning to learn submittal drawings.
Chris
Quality Control Manager
Chris brings (back) to A&R a ton of QC knowledge. He has worked in the field as a manager and auditor and is invaluable to keeping the operation running properly. Chris is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s College. When not at work, Chris enjoys driving his corvette with his favorite lady Isabell.
Doug
Estimator
A life long resident of Orange County NY, Doug brings 35 plus years of Engineering and Construction knowledge to A&R Concrete. Doug has been known to enjoy a round of golf or two on a warm summer day.
Jon
Estimator
Jon joined our team in Spring of 2022 and like most of the estimating department bring years’ worth of knowledge to A&R. After many years with Woodard’s concrete, Jon relocated to Florida and works for us remotely…which is why we can never transfer you!
Joselin
Dispatch
Joselin is youngest of the A&R team and has proven to be extremely ambitious and eager to learn. She has conquered everything we have thrown at her so far and has very bright future. So if your calling, please introduce yourself to Joselin. She will be the one helping you with production and delivery dates.
